Global Information Technology (GIT) Management has becoming an integral part of the overall business environment. The sub-discipline of GIT is also referred to within the periphery of Information systems. This process can be categorized into different levels of analysis:

• The nation(s), or international policy-making body.
• The firm(s), the MultiNational Enterprise (MNE) or the IT vendors
• The group(s) or team(s)
• The individual
• The technology overlay

Importantly, the above stated levels of analysis are mainly referred from different disciplines that include Political Science, Economics, Law, Management, International Business, Human-computer interface, Cross-cultural studies, Sociology, Psychology, Telecommunications, and Computer Science.

Some of the prominent reasons for emergence of global information technology is the popularity of globalization with increased levels of international business standards and competitiveness. It is also pushed mainly by the impact of culture on the development, implementation and use of IT around the world. GIT is mainly implemented to gain better attention to get myriad variations.
